FAQ Why didn't I receive an email confirmation of my order? Email confirmations are sent out immediately. Because the confirmation is sent to both you and us, there are multiple recipients, which can flag some sensitive spam filters. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. When will my order ship? Orders ship in 24 to 48 hours. If you need your order by a certain date, please tell us when you check out. How can I return an item? Enclose your packing slip (if you do not have it, print out your order confirmation from your email inbox). Mark which product you're returning and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange. If exchanging for another size, note the size you wish to receive. Ship the return to:
Do I have to pay tax? Only if the ship-to address is in Texas would you pay sales tax. The tax rate, which pays both state and county taxes, is 8.25%.
